December 19, 2023I bought the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 (ZR rated) for my Lexus LS. These tires are SO NOISY!! They are also hard and you feel the shock from rough roads. They are much noisier than my old Michelin tires. However, they are much better than the Michelin Primacy mxm4 A/s which I swapped for the Pilot Sport. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID both the Primacy mxm4 and Pilot Sport. Being EV ready, they are low rolling resistance, hard rubber and LOUD. They do not perform anything like the Pilot Sports of 5-10 years ago, which were stellar tires. I am very, very disappointed. MICHELIN SHOULD HAVE SEPARATE LINES FOR EV AND EFFICIENCY AND OTHER LOW CLASS CARS, AND A DIFFERENT LINE FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT THE WONDERFUL QUIETER, SOFTER AND SMOOTHER TIRES UPON WHICH MICHELIN BUILT ITS PRIOR REPUTION. One positive: it is good that Michelin has its 60 day swap program. Given the poor quality and NOISE of these new Michelin kinds of tires (all of which are designated by Michein as EV Ready), I will probably move to a cheaper tire mfgr whose tires are grippier and not as LOUD and save the money.

October 7, 2024I bought a set of 4 for my 2015 Corvette Z06. After driving for only 1200 miles it was riding rough as I felt it bouncing under my bum in the driver seat. I took it back to the installer for a rebalance, Took it to dealer to check alignment. All good. Possible left rear tire out of round. I had the 4 wheel alignment checked, took it back to installer who said left rear tire out of round and would have to check with Michelin. Decided to call Michelin myself the next day and Michelin called the installer. Result : Tire was 100% replaced to include labor charge. This was an annoyance and required a lot of trouble shooting i.e. visits to installer, visits to dealer, visits to installer, ultimately a call to Michelin which finally resolved the issue with 100% tire replacement to include labor. I've had many Michelin tires on my Corvettes, no issues, drive conservatively, hit no potholes etc. Unusual in your tires. Probably 5 sets of Michelins currently on my cars, Corvettes and Cadillac. Hard issue to resolve. Your customer service line ultimately did the right thing.

July 22, 2024I own a Harley-Davidson CVO Tri Glide (Trike) They run Dunlop tires, good for 16,000 miles, give or take. Not good for snow/ice, no way. i ride all year in Idaho. First new tires were Michelin Pilot Sports. Great on snow and the ice roads. I have complete control of my Trike on ice. My rear brakes only on snow and ice and they stop me just like spring, summer and fall riding. I have been riding since the early '70s on Harleys and I learned the value of Michelin tires during the early '80s when I found my first Michelin rear tire and tried it on, Normal wear on rear tires was 6-9,000 miles. My Michelin gave me 25,000 miles. Found a Michelin for my 21" front rim and it gave me 20,000 miles of wear. I now own a 2023 FLRT Freewheeler Trike and will be installing Michelins on all three rims. Michelins are the only tires I will run with. Longer mileage and better wear.

April 23, 2024My low tire indicator came on late Friday night, April 19, 2024 when I was about 2 miles from home. So I continued on home and upon checking the tires one read 24 lbs. of pressure. And then, I discovered it (Michelin AS4) had a large nail/screw stuck up high in the outside wall. I decided to pump up the punctured tire to see if it would hold air long enough to carefully drive 10 miles to my closest Costco store rather than replace it with the Emergency tire and wrench my back in the process. I used my compressor to raise pressure in the tire to 35 Lbs. Its pressure continued to hold at 35 Lbs until Tuesday, 4/22/24 At that point, I felt confident that I could drive it to Manassas, VA Costco store.
I kept in contact with the store over the weekend until they received a set off AS4 tires on Tuesday 4/22/24. Dropped of my car, went in the store and had a great hot dog. An hour and half later i drove home with a new set of Michelin AS4 tires with a big smile. Brandon and his crew did a great job. Love your Michelin tires and Costco hotdogs.
