I haven't seen massive results or anything but these type of holistic treatments done with supplements take time. Our diets generally contain too much Omega-6 and I take this every day to help with balancing my omegas, blood flow, and insulin sensitivity. The product comes in 2 different sizes, 60 and 120. the price can get a little steep if you're making monthly purchases but I think it might be worth it in the long run. There are scientific research that shows it's benefits. The capsules look black. There is no noticeable taste or aftertaste at all. They are easy to swallow with their small size.
