June 27, 2024four new pilot sport a/s 4 225/40-zr18 just installed 6-24-2024. lots of nibs. tread cap seams are blistered, raggedy, over moulded almost like retreads. wide tread grooves. 2/3rds of tread width is actual tread. 1/3rd is "empty" tread grooves. should of looked at actual tires and date codes before install. expected way better for the brand and price. made in ardmore, ok (1AP) 33rd wk of 2022. just installed and 2yrs old already! a/s 4's came out in july 2020. will be asking TD to swap these out for something different, newer. no a/s 4 model available in review list so put in with a/s 3+ reviews.
A big miss from a company that usually produces the best…….

November 23, 2024A great handling tire but exceptionally poor tread life - the worst of any Michelin I’ve experienced. Also- the chunking others have mentioned was also a strange issue with this tire. Despite 5k rotations and diligent attention to alignment and inflation, I received just under 26k miles until reaching 2/32. Very disappointed in these, but still replaced with another Michelin - crossclimate2 - because of their outstanding performance on two of my other cars.
Amazing Value and great performance!

October 21, 2020I purchased these tires in spring of 2020 and had them mounted on my Mazda Miata. I was pretty much sold with the rebate and level of warranty that came with the tires. The tires soak up imperfections wonderfully while still maintaining my Miata's sporty composure.
Road noise is almost non-existent with these tires. The taller side-wall of these tires as compared to OEM size (oem size was 205/45/16 and my PSA3+ are 205/50/16) gives the car a fun amount of sidewall flex through corners and weight transfer when driving spiritedly and gives an adequate amount of rim-protection and a slightly higher ride-height (two things that are very important when living in Central Alberta, potholes and poorly maintained roads just kill wheels with lowpro tires). Fuel economy and acceleration took a noticable hit when putting these on, but after 800 kms the economy and acceleration are back to normal. The two years of free roadside warranty makes me feel like I'm buying a membership to AMA or something and that the tires are complementary. I've never had such confidence in a big purchase like this one before.
The warranty, ride quality, sportiness and overall stability makes these tires too good to pass up. If you can get them with a good rebate in spring, they're definitely worth getting. Just make sure you visit a speciality tire store to get the best deals and avoid any large chains because the markup on these tires is insane. I cannot recommend the PSA3+ tire enough for a Miata, hands-down, the end-game tire.

April 3, 2021I bought this tire in 2017 for my 2017 Camaro SS 1LE in 285/35ZR19 for use as my winter / sub 40 degree weather set mounted on 19x10 fronts and 19x11 rears. At that time, this was the largest size available from Michelin for my purposes and so I was pleased my selected size would stretch on an 11” rim. These tires have allowed me to continue to enjoy my car’s high-performance potential for cold weather driving. Moreover, this past winter I was glad to have them for black ice slick roads. No issues what so ever, including past winter light snow conditions. Since I swap sets back and forth, I won’t get the full mileage out of them for the available warranty but that’s my own doing. I’m pleased to see this tire’s availability of sizes has expanded and now covers the OE wheel sizes. But, I’m most pleased to see that it’s now available in 325/30ZR19 which I plan to switch to for my rear 19’s. Now, I won’t have to tolerate the “stretched” look for the rears I currently have, which I don’t particular care for. By the way, this tire is excellent in the rain too and the ride quite nice as well. The 1LE still corners like a champ for spirited mountain runs. Great job Michelin and thank you for expanding the offered sizes. I can’t highly recommend this tire enough,
