Great furniture! Bad shipping

So first the good; I love this set! It is beautiful and high end looking. The sofa came in beautiful condition and my husband and daughter had it together in 30 min or so.

However the box with the chairs was damaged and the contents were bent beyond use. The only option given us was to return them for a refund and they refunded us half the cost of the entire set.

So the good news is that now we have a beautiful sofa on our back patio. The bad news is that we have no matching chairs and no way to get them. We could have returned the set but I was planning on separating the pieces anyways and using the chairs on the front porch; I loved the sofa and we already had it together and looking fabulous on our back patio so I wasn’t sending it back.

I highly recommend this set but be forewarned that there can definitely be shipping issues. I really wish the people who handle these items would be a little more gentle with them.

I bought this set when it was being sold separately. Chairs as a set and table and couch as a set. It came SO damaged so I had to return the couch and table, chairs were usable. It’s been a total nightmare dealing with Walmart customer care. Between being hung up on, to being promised they’d give me the full set (since it’s now being sold all together and double what I paid for the one side of the set) at the rate I purchased the couch and table for just to be told oh I’m sorry there’s no notes in the system when they promised there were notes (spent 2 hours with that one that promised me it’d be an easy call back in for my replacement). I spent over 8 hrs trying to resolve my issue and I still haven’t. I need to call back in but haven’t had the heart time or energy. So I either keep trying to get someone to help me or return the chairs because I can’t get the couch and table. Walmart, you need to do better. Your customer care call center is terrible and inefficient. There’s no records and zero history transferred from call to call. I would caution anyone buying from Walmart online unless you get it in perfect condition and need no help post purchase.
Multiple issues! Stay away

I just received this set. Don’t order. The cushions are very rough and the frame is uncomfortable to even rest your elbow.

The worst part is that if you have issues with the item (which you will), the third party company is horrible to work with. The employees are rude and will give you misinformation. They’ll tell you that parts aren’t available without even asking when model you’re talking about. You’re at the mercy of these employees that don’t want to help to try to get replacement parts or send the heavy item back. I recommend going through your credit card with any issues. That’s what I did.

I had missing parts, pillows with inches of thread were coming apart in multiple locations, and about 10 big areas of scraped up plastic rattan.

I’d recommend buying a patio set directly through the manufacturers company who you can contact directly if you have issues. Good luck!
Terrible SHIPPING

Ordered this set and was delivered a few weeks ago. The chairs were fairly easy to put together and look beautiful however the box with the couch was damaged in the middle. Opened the box and got to looking and noticed the couch was damaged - looks like a forklift blade went thru the box. Called Walmart for a return and replacement couch. They said when they get the damaged box back they would then send out a new box with the couch. Well I called earlier this week and they said they could not send a replacement couch as there were none in stock and didn’t know if/when they would get anymore in, so they refunded me for part of the order!!! Now I have 2 chairs and NO couch AND I have yet to find a couch that even matches the chairs! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in WalMart. 3rd party shipping folks don’t care
