Overall quality is great! Would have been 5 stars but you have to pay a “Freight” shipping which is 50 dollars. They came in a pickup truck and the driver told me they only paid him 38 for hit BUT I tracked where he picked up the couch and chairs. The Walmart is 15 mins from my house. Like why I didn’t I have the option to just pick them up. That’s frustrating. I read the reviews about the cushions and took the chance. I made sure they expanded before I started to assemble which they did and they look fine! The folks saying the bolts were too short have zero handy/mechanical skills. You just need another person to put some weight on the chairs and couch to compress the wicker and they will work just fine. Assembly of the couch and chairs took me about 1.5 hrs. Fairly easy. I will say the wicker is more of a “Grey Wash” than pictured but it looks really good!! Take the chance make sure the cushions expand and have some handy skills or another person you’ll be just fine!! WOULD BUY AGAIN!!

I just received this set. Don’t order. The cushions are very rough and the frame is uncomfortable to even rest your elbow.

The worst part is that if you have issues with the item (which you will), the third party company is horrible to work with. The employees are rude and will give you misinformation. They’ll tell you that parts aren’t available without even asking when model you’re talking about. You’re at the mercy of these employees that don’t want to help to try to get replacement parts or send the heavy item back. I recommend going through your credit card with any issues. That’s what I did.

I had missing parts, pillows with inches of thread were coming apart in multiple locations, and about 10 big areas of scraped up plastic rattan.

I’d recommend buying a patio set directly through the manufacturers company who you can contact directly if you have issues. Good luck!

This is a great furniture set. Extremely sturdy and comfortable!! We have it on our back porch so it isn’t out in the elements. Have had it for a few years now and still looks terrific! You will not regret buying it . I’m writing this review now because I love it so much and want to spread the word that it looks high end at a great price !!! Get tons of compliments on it !!!!!! I also bought another Better Homes and Gardens swivel rocker set a couple years ago because I had been so happy with this first set !!

For its price, this set is an amazing value. Defiantly does not feel cheap and the cushions are thick and sturdy. The assembled product itself is very strong. Time will tell how many seasons it will hold up but I based on first impressions, this will last for a while.

There were reviews about bolts not lining up and when I first started to assemble the 3 seater, I was experiencing that until I realized what the mistake may be when I assembled the single seaters. The instructions say to keep the bolts loose while assembling. I thought I did that with the 3 seater. When I did the single seaters, what I did was as soon as the bolt connected into the threads, I stopped and kept it very very loose. That made adding the other components and lining up bolts very easy to do. Took me 15 minutes to assemble the 2 single seaters with no issues taking that practice vs almost 40 minutes to do the 3 seaters because I didn't keep the bolts very loose and struggled.
