It is hard to review a product when I received someone else’s order. I was told that they were sold out of the boots I ordered. What about the boots that were sent to someone else in error. To get my refund I need to return the wrong shoes to the shipping company and once Cole Haan gets the shoes they will refund the money. I have done nothing wrong here and I need to jump through hoops to get my money back. Not impressed. Customer service has been little help. I asked to get another pair of similar boots but was told they couldn’t help me. I need to order them myself and pay for another pair of boots and hope I get the right ones this time.

Hawthorne chukka looks cool and classy. Very comfortable from first day. Top quality. Brown color is a slightly light-brown than "dark chocolate".

Good quality, good service, poor sizing info. I have several pairs of CH and I always order size 9. Final sale, I ordered usual 9 but these are a full size larger. Cannot return. Never order final sale again.

The leather is nice, but the soles seem cheap. They even leave black marks on floors. Ok shoes, but priced to be high end.
